The FE-ABD Program consists of a network of 13 community-based organizations around New York State:

This network of organizations provides application assistance to individuals in 38 out of New York’s 62 counties.  Facilitated Enrollers are not connected with any health insurance plan and all services are free and confidential.

Facilitated Enrollment services include:

  • Private, one-on-one counseling about public health insurance options through:
  1. In-person application assistance at one of our 100 meeting sites around New York state
  2. In-person application assistance at your home, if you have difficulty traveling or communicating by phone 
  • Education sessions for consumers, caregivers and other service providers
