Supporting Social Service Professionals

  • Benefits Plus Online: Our premier, subscription-based, publication.  It is a searchable online resource manual on over 80 city, state and federal public benefits and housing programs for social service professionals serving disenfranchised populations, including the low-income, elderly, and disabled.
     
  • Training: Through our high-quality training courses, professionals learn the fundamentals of benefit programs, gain practical knowledge, and develop skills to effectively navigate the public benefit and housing system. Our courses are approved for continuing education for NYS licensed social workers.
     
  • Consultation Services: Experienced staff provide ongoing support with specific challenges faced by social service professionals when attempting to access benefits on behalf of their clients.
