Summary:
With the announcement of Nostrand Houses as the first NYCHA development to vote on the future of their homes, Community Service Society (CSS) and Legal Aid Society (LAS), in partnership with the Center for Urban Pedagogy (CUP) have released a comprehensive guide, Your Home, Your Vote, that provides residents with the information they will need to make their decision. The booklet covers what residents can expect with the three options: remaining in the Section 9 Program, converting to the Preservation Trust Program, or converting through the PACT program.
