Bio

Rob LoBue is the Director of Information Technology and is responsible for all the technology needs of the organization. Rob has almost 20 years of IT experience in the financial services industry, serving in a variety of roles at several large organizations. Prior to joining CSS, Rob was Vice President of IT Operations for State Street Bank, overseeing IT operations for a Top 5 investment manager. He also served as Director of Technical Operations at The Clearing House, responsible for ensuring electronic payments of over $1.5 trillion a day. Most recently, he was in charge of North American Cloud Support for a telecom company specializing in trade floor communication. With many years of experience in highly regulated businesses, Rob brings to the CSSNY’s technology team, a wealth of knowledge on compliance, risk and process management.
