Jeff Jones guides the overall creative and brand strategy for CSS and oversees the creative work of agency departments and campaigns. As a multimedia producer, Jeff’s creative work for CSS includes graphic design for print and web, video and audio production, and photography. He created and produces the CSS podcast, Fighting Poverty, Strengthening New York. Jeff has has contributed substantially to CSS advocacy campaigns including the fights for Paid Sick Days, Paid Family Leave, and Fair Fares, and has co-authored original research on fare evasion enforcement. Jeff previously managed communications and creative content for the Fortune Society and the Texas Association of Community Health Centers as well as producing original work for radio, theatre, and film. He holds and MFA in theatrical design from Boston University.
