Income Eligibility ChartsListed below are the income guidelines for several benefit programs available in NYS as well as the federal poverty levels. An applying household would need to meet all eligibility criteria in order to be entitled. The PBRC Manual, published by the Public Benefits Resource Center, provides eligibility criteria for over 70 benefit programs, and is updated quarterly.
