Fred Solazzi is in charge of administration and oversight of RSVP core programming. This includes the supervision of five project directors who are responsible for developing and implementing new programming initiatives, as well as, conducting established programming; supervision of the RSVP data collection unit; compilation and submission of the annual federal continuation grant and progress reports for RSVP; and conducting and analyzing ongoing evaluations of RSVP programming. He provides assistance to the CSS Vice President, Program Services, in organizational tasks and special projects, compiling statistics and generating reports that reflect RSVP activity in specific geographic and demographic areas, and compilation and submission of reports for RSVP’s borough based contracts with the NYC Department for the Aging.

He currently oversees CSS/RSVP efforts in the areas of disconnected youth, work force development, and other special project initiatives.
